DESCRIPTION:\nMatthew Hutchinson is Head of Portfolio Solutions within BNY Investments. In this role, Matthew is responsible for producing thought leadership, technology and sales programs focused on multi-asset class models, portfolio construction insights and outcomes-based advisory solutions. \n \nPrior to joining BNY, Matthew was an Investment Specialist at JPMorgan Asset Management, where he was responsible for driving multi-asset sales, delivering investment commentary and market views, and serving as a conduit between the firm’s capabilities and an institutional client base. Previously, he worked at AXA Equitable helping to service and manage relationships for high-and ultra-high net worth clients.\n \nIn addition to his role within Investments, Matthew has been actively involved with a variety of Belonging & Inclusion initiatives across the firm. A member of the IMPACT NY/NJ Leadership team since 2020, Matthew has helped execute on a number ofevents, ranging from hosting Financial Literacy sessions to co-chairing the planning committee for the NY/NJ Black History Month agenda. Most recently, Matthew served on the planning committee of the Dreyfus-Howard University BOLD Mentoring program, where he also participates as a mentor.\n \nMr. Hutchinson holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Pace University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the CFA Society of New York, with over 10 years of industry experience.\n
